Job Description:
This job involves the daily creation of scripts, programs, databases and interfaces. The applicant will also be required to interface directly with clients and must be capable of doing so professionally.
Requirements:
We are looking for entry level PHP programmer with all the relevant skills including a sound knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
The job requires general web server knowledge and a good understanding of communication technologies such as TCP/IP, Proxies, FTP, Shell etc. Also a very good understanding of databases is needed as many programming tasks require making use of different types of database such as MySQL, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
Additional knowledge of programming in other languages such as CGI / PERL, ASP.NET, COLDFUSION, etc would be an advantage but not a requirement.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & communicative team member with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard often under high production pressure.
