The Spokesman asked us to help make it easier for their customers to access business related items on their website. The ultimate goal was to generate more sales through their website.
The first challenge was to define all the information that logically fit into a Business Center. Next was to organize those areas into an intuitive structure so the general public could easily find their way through the site. By streamlining the experience for users they are more likely to complete the needed transaction, and become repeat users of the site.
The new look for the BusinessCenter has been applied to other online sections such as the Ad Upload site. Feature Set Marketing was implemented on the home page to help promote an entire section, or one of the more heavily trafficked sub-pages.
